Change of size, free product replacement
If you have any problems with the size specified in your order, you can request a size change within 14 days of receiving your delivery by contacting our operators on +39 011 898 1276 and sending an e-mail to email@example.com by attaching the following form .
You must return the product (at your own expense) within 14 days of the date on which you informed us of your decision to replace the product, otherwise the request will be considered void. We would like to point out that the delivery (standard delivery: 24-48 hours in Italy, 48-72 hours abroad) of the replacement product will be free of charge and you will not incur any additional shipping costs.
Please ensure that the products you are returning are complete and have not been tampered with. Furthermore, if you wish to return a product, please do not use it for anything other than what is reasonably necessary to decide whether or not to keep it. This means that you may try on products to check their fit and size, but you may not wear or wash them, nor remove any labels or seals. If failure to do so results in a loss of product's value, we may hold you accountable for it.
If you inform us that you wish to exchange a product, you will need to indicate the product, size and colour of the replacement product on the form provided. As soon as we receive the product to be replaced* and we have checked its integrity, we will send you the replacement product, within the terms of the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Revée (unless you expressly choose a faster delivery option for which you will be charged the difference in cost with the standard shipment). We would like to point out that the (standard) delivery of the replacement product will be free of charge and you will not incur any additional shipping costs.
If you return a product but fail to fill in the form correctly or if the replacement product is not available, you will be entitled to a refund of the full amount of the payment charged, including delivery costs (except for additional charges applied if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Revée).
If you need to replace the product urgently, we suggest that you return the product to be replaced using the return procedure established by the right of withdrawal, placing a new order for the replacement product and opting for the fastest delivery method available. This way you will be sure to receive the desired product quickly and you will get a full refund of the purchase costs of the product to be replaced.
It is understood that, in the latter case, we may still withhold your refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the products, depending on whichever circumstance occurs sooner and on whether the product is in a suitable condition. If the returned items are damaged or show signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their partial or full loss of value. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Items excluded from the right of replacement
The right of replacement may be exercised in relation to any product purchased on the Revée e-shop, with the exception of:
custom-made or clearly personalised items, or items that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened or were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
